Bark City BBQ Large Pick-Up Orders

Serve BBQ at your parties, sports gatherings, weddings, special events, office meals, etc.

All orders need to be placed at the cart, with at least one week notice.

We will no longer be taking large pick-up orders via email. You will need to come to the cart to place the order. If we’re busy & you have questions, please be patient.

For large parties, we recommend:

1 lb. spare ribs, 1 lb. brisket, 1 lb. pulled pork, 1 lb. turkey, choice of 2 sausages (jalapeño cheddar and/or Texas hot link), your choice of 6 sides, and 2 banana puddings.

Meats by the pound (we recommend 1/2 lb per person)

Pork Spare Ribs, Texas Style Prime Brisket, Pulled pork, Smoked Turkey, Sausage

Sides by the quart (one quart feeds 4 people)

Better Than Granny's Potato Salad, Cheesy Grits, Creamy & Tangy Coleslaw, Jalapeno Mac n Cheese with Chip Crisp, BBQ Beans
